Meet us on stage this November
November is shaping up to be a month of stories, insights and sensory inspiration. You’ll find us on three stages, sharing how curiosity, technology and human understanding come together.
November4 — Sensory Symposium 2025

At the Sensory Congress in the Netherlands, we’ll take the stage twice — each time with a different partner and a different lens on innovation.
First, together with, Marie-Alexandra Sabbobe of Jules Destrooper, Ludovic Depoortere will reveal the story behind the launch of their new waffles — a project where sensory expertise met consumer understanding and video-based research, all enriched with AI. It’s a look into how data and emotion can blend to create something truly delicious.
Next, Nancy Holthuysen of FrieslandCampina and Stefan Peters will explore the power of video and AI in research. They’ll share how video has been embraced in home-use testing and how AI helps uncover insights from thousands of moments — faster and deeper than ever before.
November 7th – Sensory days in Bremen

This congress is all about sensory. Our founder Ludovic Depoortere will climb the stage to talk about new methodologies in sensory and adjacent fields. No buzz words but actual work we did at Haystack in the past years. The future is now.
November20 — AI Summit by Data & Insights Network

Later in the month, at the AI Summit,Lotte Schokking of the National Foundation for the Elderly and Stefan Peters will be on stage. Together, they’ll present a study exploring loneliness among older adults (https://www.haystack-consulting.com/insights/i-dont-want-to-be-a-burden---the-hidden-weight-of-loneliness-among-the-elderly)and how virtual audiences helped us see, hear and feel their experiences in anew way. They will also talk about pitfalls and the usage of AI generated personas in press releases.
Three stages. Four stories.
All about the power of seeing people through senses, through screens, through data.
We’d love to see you there.
